Refund Policy

RIBOprep is a digital exam-preparation product that is intended to provide access shortly after payment.

Digital access

Once course access has been issued or substantial digital content has been accessed, purchases are generally non-refundable except where required by applicable law or where RIBOprep is unable to provide the purchased access because of an error on our side.

Before access is issued

If you believe you purchased in error and access has not yet been activated, contact us promptly at info@riboprep.ca. Requests are assessed based on the circumstances and applicable law.

Official exam fees

RIBOprep's refund policy does not apply to official RIBO exam-provider fees. Those fees are governed by the exam provider's own terms.
