It is the entry-level broker licensing examination used as the first exam step toward becoming a RIBO Level 1 insurance broker in Ontario. Passing the exam alone does not guarantee licensing; RIBO also has employment, eligibility, suitability and application requirements.
RIBO currently states that the Level 1 exam has 100 scored multiple-choice questions plus 15 unscored pilot questions.
The current Level 1 exam is three hours long.

There is no single correct number of days. Use the blueprint, your prior insurance knowledge and mock-exam results to decide where more practice is needed.
The course is designed for repeated practice. Final attempt settings will be displayed inside the course.
